Returns and refunds

Bashberry Studio is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they are accepted by the Post Office. 

If you have an issue with stolen packages in your area it is your responsibility to arrange to have the Post Office hold your package prior to delivery so that you can pick it up. 

Refunds will not be issued for stolen packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  We also do not accept returns  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

These items are custom made and made specifically for you once the order is placed. Refunds will ONLY be issued for orders that have not been made. However, there will be a transaction fee for the order as those are not refunded by Shopify once the order is placed.
